INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDER OFFER FOR DESIGN AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A FOUR-STAR HOTEL, LOCATION ON JALAN AFFANDI, GEJAYAN, YOGYAKARTA

To: Participants of the Tender for Construction Services Design and Build of a Four Star Hotel in Gejayan, Yogyakarta.

Based on Minutes of Work Explanation and Addendum Number 3132/PF.201/XI/2018 dated 28 November 2018, We from the Procurement Division convey the following information:

1. The Submission Meeting and Opening of Offers will begin on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 13.00 in the Meeting Room of PT TWC Head Office.
2. Bid submission is done manually (offline) in hardcopy form. NOT through the eprocurement system.
3. Procurement uses the POST-QUALIFICATION method, so that tender participants DO NOT NEED to prove their qualifications by bringing company legality documents.
4. The opening of the bids is carried out openly by prioritizing the opening of envelope 2 (Technical Proposal). Participants can do cross sign and view the tender documents from other tender participants. The opening of envelope 1 (Cost Proposal) will be carried out after the announcement of the technical assessment scores.
5. Bid Security is not required in the administrative requirements.
6. The Technical Proposal consists of (a) preliminary design documents, bound separately in A3 size, and (b) Technical Documents, bound in A4 size.
7. Invitation to Submit Bid from the Procurement Division will be sent via email no later than Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 17.00
