ANNOUNCEMENT OF TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRONIC TICKET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ANNOUNCEMENT Number 426/LB.002/II/2019 dated February 7, 2019
The Procurement Division of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) will carry out the following tenders:
A. Work Packages
- Job Title: Procurement of Electronic Ticket Management System
- Service Users: PT Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko Temple Tourism Park (Persero)
- Budget : 2019
B. Participant Requirements
This procurement package is open to service providers registered on MASTER VENDOR PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) and meets the following requirements:
- Have experience in the field of electronic ticket system development
- Have operational capabilities of information security management systems
- Have cash flow and/or UR or and/or complete balance sheet framework for the development of applications that can carry out integrated financial transactions with payment gateway
C. Registration and Registration
For companies that are not yet registered with the Master Vendor, they can register with the electronic procurement system of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) via the portal. http://procurement.borobudurpark.com/
For companies that have registered with the Master Vendor, you can register as a tender participant by sending letter of interest through Email to div.pengadaan@borobudurpark.co.id with the letter format as attached.
For companies that have registered as participants, they will receive an invitation to pick up documents and job explanations from the Procurement Division according to the predetermined schedule.
D. Procurement Stage Schedule
The procurement stages are carried out according to the following schedule:
- Announcement: February 7, 2019
- Online Registration and Registration (Submission of Letter of Interest): February 11, 2019 to February 13, 2019 at 15.00 WIB
- Document Collection: February 13, 2019 after 13.00 (downloaded via the web https://injourneydestination.id/category/pengadaan-barang-jasa/ )
- Job Description/ aanwijzing: February 14, 2019 at 10.00 WIB
- Submission of Offer: February 21, 2019 (according to Invitation)
