IDM Affirms Commitment to Integrity at Hakordia 2025
InJourney Destination Management affirmed its commitment to building a culture of integrity across all its corporate activities. This was demonstrated by the celebration of World Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) 2025 at The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
IDM's theme is "Trust Move, Clean, No-Nonsense," reflecting the company's commitment to upholding integrity in a tangible way. Trust is a crucial asset for a company, built not just through slogans but through concrete actions, impactful initiatives, and a commitment to clean-up without further ado.
Director of Finance and Risk Management Joel Siahaan, in his remarks, stated that corruption for corporations is not merely a violation of the law, but also a strategic risk with far-reaching implications that can weaken a company's reputation and credibility, as well as increase legal and financial risks.
"Corruption hinders value creation and undermines public trust, the foundation of a service- and tourism-based company like IDM. The integrity values we are promoting today are a continuation of the spirit of the company's vision," he explained.
At Hakordia 2025, IDM reaffirmed its core commitment to making integrity the company's strategic compass and the foundation for all decision-making. Corruption prevention is a shared responsibility of all IDM employees. Stakeholder and customer trust is the key to business sustainability.
"Our commitment to eradicating corruption and maintaining integrity is crucial to ensuring that all our partners place their trust in us," he continued.
InJourney's Director of Finance and Risk Management, Yudi Rizkyardie Darun, said that InJourney, as a value creator and agent of development through transformation, innovation & growth strategies, strives to fundamentally improve the performance of its subsidiaries and organize the InJourney Group's business portfolio.
"We hope this won't remain a mere ceremonial event. It will serve as a space for reflection, strengthening internal controls, and providing a platform for education and internalizing anti-corruption values that will encourage changes in attitudes and behaviors of integrity throughout IDM," he explained.
This agenda also featured the Head of the KPK's Anti-Corruption Socialization and Campaign Task Force, Adhi Setyo Tamtomo and UGM Academic Arika Artiningsih.
Director of Finance and Risk Management Joel Siahaan said that it is hoped that this will collectively provide meaning, not only to the owners, but also to stakeholders, including the surrounding community.
"Effirming integrity must have a tangible impact on company performance, compliance, and the trust of various stakeholders, driving our contribution to the nation and society," he concluded.
