Prambanan Ramadan Village: Strengthening Relationships Through Empowering MSMEs and Sharing Happiness in a Meaningful Ramadan

InJourney Destination Management presented the Prambanan Ramadan Village at the IDM Headquarters in Prambanan, Sleman, on Friday (March 6, 2026). The event, enlivened by dozens of MSMEs from various villages around Prambanan, was held to strengthen ties between IDM personnel and residents of surrounding villages.

"For us, this event is about sharing happiness and togetherness. This can be seen in the way that residents don't fight over food; when they take it, they say thank you. That's a feeling of mutual respect. I hope we can continue this activity in the years to come," explained Febrina Intan, President Director of InJourney Destination Management.

"This is a concrete manifestation of InJourney Destination Management's commitment to continuously grow with the local community through inclusive collaboration. This activity serves as a warm meeting point for all IDM employees to mingle directly with the people living around the company's area," explained InJourney Destination Management President Director Febrina Intan.

Prambanan Ramadan Village provided free iftar meals for approximately 1.000 participants, including employees and local residents. The meals were served in collaboration with 21 MSMEs from three surrounding villages: Tamanmartani, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta; Bugisan, Kokosan, Kebondalem Kidul; and Tlogo, Prambanan, Klaten.

"This is also a way of expressing gratitude for the community's continued support. Through the involvement of local MSMEs, the company strives to have a direct economic impact and promote the culinary potential of villages around the Prambanan area," he continued.

Prambanan Klaten Sub-district Head Rasidi expressed his appreciation for the Ramadan Village initiated by IDM, demonstrating IDM's commitment to involvement and care for the surrounding community.

"Through this Ramadan Village, PT TWC has demonstrated its commitment to supporting the community this afternoon. PT TWC demonstrates its concern for the community. Let's work together to support and encourage PT TWC to achieve greater revenue in the future. If we achieve greater revenue, we can invite more than 20 MSMEs," he explained.

Eni Fristiasari, an MSME owner, expressed her delight at participating in the Ramadan Village event. She served the spicy chicken dish and hopes the event can continue in the coming years, featuring even more local MSME products.

"We're happy to be able to participate in this event. Hopefully, next year we'll have even more sales and do even better," he explained.

"This is part of the Together Creating a Meaningful Ramadan initiative, which we hope will foster harmonious relationships with the surrounding community that will continue to be maintained and strengthened in the future. Open dialogue between management and the community fosters a collaborative, innovative, and mutually supportive culture. This reflects a shared commitment to continued growth, adaptation, and contribution to the development of a better Indonesia in the future," he concluded.
